The main floor offers over 1,200 square feet of inviting interior space which includes a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area, full bathroom with hot and cold jungle shower, master bedroom with built in closet, king bed and outstanding view of the ocean from the picture windows, another spacious bedroom with a queen bed, as well as a cozy bed for extra sleeping space nestled under the hand carved wooden staircase leading to the second floor, with a connecting door. The main floor also has a full-length (400 square feet) balcony with wooden chairs and hammocks…perfect for relaxation!

The second floor measures over 800 square feet and offers a comfortable living area with exotic tropical hardwood floor, fully equipped open kitchen, cozy dining area, two spacious bedrooms – one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, and full bathroom with hot and cold jungle shower. It features a large (400 square feet) front porch that runs the length of the home, ideal for lounging and dining – it is a natural extension of the home, and also a back porch (400 square feet) from which you can watch the sun set over the lagoon, home to an assortment of rare tropical birds and the occasional Crocodile.
